troubles w/240T 200 1986

Hello Bricksters!

My car is '86 245 with '95 B200ET block and '83 B19ET cyl. head; stock Bosch CIS
FI;I changed the camshaft though (A cam from '95 B200ET head instead of stock T cam).

Now I've got problems...

ad 1]
Idle is not constant, some day it revs high (2k rpms) other it just wont idle-it dies... This is not a matter of outside temperature,at least it seems so,(been driving the car for 2 months...)

When I accelerate in 3rd,4th&OD (the other 1/2 of gas peddal) the engine doesn't pull as is should... It starts to ???? (don't know the word)/ it cuts off... and starts to blow black smoke...
This happens allways when I start to drive and I kinda manage to get through it if I really push hard for some time-it goes away and the car is really fun to drive...

Things that have been done so far: After talking with my mechanic, I changed the fuel filter, changed the air filter, checked all vacuum and turbo hoses... No succes. According to mechanic the engine gets too much fuel-dark smoke.
I did start to play with idle %CO adjustment screw and managed to improve fuel efficiency from some 20l/100km to 15l/100km,but the trouble is still there-no change. I'm scared to tighten it some more because I don't have %CO meter to adjust it to specs and don't wanna risk engine disaster....

Same experience anyone? Ideas and suggestions are wellcome!

Ivch
