740s all exterior light failure in headlight switch position 700

After comming home this evening, the car was working fine.
I went out five minutes later and the the lights dont work.

When I turn on the light switch to the parking light position
the parking lights work, and the instrament panel lit up aswel.
Basicaly it works fine.

In the headlight switch position, there is no exterior lighting
at all and the instrament panel wont light up either.

I checked the faq, and it said something about a relay, but
I did not know which one it is. Is this the problem and if
so which relay is the one to check?

Thanks a bunch.
