Leather restorer? What brand best suited to Volvo seats? 900

I remember briefly reading someone's post re: using a product which restores leather, particularly used on volvos. I think it started with a G...i just can't remember the brand. Anyone have any reccos for a brand of leather restorer for leather seats...got a pair of beauties at the junk yard that I'll like to make supple. In the past, we used saddle soap and then used mink oil on them...is that still customary or is that a thing of the past. Thanks for the help!
