Those of you who have installed this (or another camshaft), how does it change your car?

I read that performance camshafts tend to make a rougher idle. Has this been your experience?

The camshaft looks to be an interesting upgrade, but I'm a little concerned because my brick used to have a very low (almost stalling) idle. It's gotten better (no longer do I have to rev the engine when starting; I can leave the gas pedal alone), but I'm still a little concerned since an uneasy idle is in my car's history.
