Is my math correct? 200 1984

(Is the following the way to compute amps?)

According to my Bentley, each seat heater is 30 watts, x2 is 60 watts, / 12 volts = 5 amps if my math is correct. Fuse #4 also has ignition and seat belt warning buzzer. I don't know how much they draw, but they can't be too much. I could use one seat heater, but two was too much for the fuse. I use Buss glass fuses, which my dealer once told me were rather sensitive. I tested the heaters before I put them in and couldn't find any obvious shorts.

I don't think fuse #12 would work because it has a bunch of things on it including the rear window demister and it's only an 8-amp fuse. It may handle one heater but I doubt two. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.
