Weird problems 940 Turbo 900 1993

Ever since I have a horrified 1 year fixing the car ranging from tranny, fuel pump relay, fuel pump,in-tank pump, idle control unit, power surge unit not to mentioned replacing airconditioning unit (compressor and condemnser) and all these cost me several thousands already. At present, the performance was not as before having done all thses so-called repair and maintenance.

Problems encountered now:

turbo power was not as smooth as before

the car appears sluggish; however at times the car runs beautifully. You almost noticed when you start the car. If it runs nicely steerling wheel is light the sound of the engine is smooth with feel better power

the auto delayed upshift 1 to 2 persists when engine is cold. (On this I have advised to drive on until the tranny give way then get a replaced unit since the mileage is now 215,000km or about 130,000 miles

fuel consumption drops from 8km/L to now 7.3km/L

Need good advice to fix it to the condition I used to. I always like Volvo and indeed this is my 4th Volvo having owned previously 240GLE, 740GLE and 850. However, with all these various problems and the less than ideal engine performance, I have just bought a new Toyota Altis and my Volvo now becomes a second car. Very Sad indeed.
