Seeping oil at rear crank seal 200 1989

As per the above title, after I park the car (HOT) there are a couple drops... they seem to come out of the bellhousing inspection window at the bottom.

My PCV is clear, for sure, trap is clean, oil seperator blows like chimney (I actually took it out a few months back and flushed it thoroughly), little vacuum hose is clear and brass intake nipple pulls strong vacuum so it's clear too.

No other apparent oil leaks anywhere else. The engine has always ran super great and smooth, B230f n/a. The car does have 249K kilometers (upper 100s miles).

Anything before condemn the rear seal? It's unfortunate since only 1 month ago I did the tranny (auto) tailshaft seal and bushing so I was half way there...

Thanks in advance,
