power bled the brakes now pedal goes to floor like MC is dead 200

Bled my brake system today using a power pressure bleeder. Didn't pump it up beyond 15 psi. Bleed front and rear calipers, after I installed new calipers and pads of course. I also installed a new brake junction block. All connections seem good. No leaks anywhere. Brake jucntion block seems dry. Problem is, the brake pedal goes to the floor like my master cylinder's damaged or shot. Is this possible? Could I have damaged the master cylinder by using only 15psi on the pressure bleeder gauge? Or am I overlooking something else here?
