Another New Rear Caliper Question 200 1987

I too will be installing new/remanufactured ATE rear calipers over the weekend. I've read other posts that say the calipers can be easily switched from one side of the car to the other. Should the calipers be installed such that the bleeder screw is in the UP position or DOWN position??

My present calipers are installed with the bleeder screw DOWN, it seems to me though that this is incorrect as any air in the system would rise to the top of the fluid chamber.

Can someone set me straight?

Thanks,
Bean
