extreme poor cold performance 200 1993

I have extremely poor performance on cold start when temperature is below freezing. It starts and idles fine but has no umph - when you try to accelerate it chokes and bucks like there is no fuel. After it warms up, it runs great. I've spent alot of time on the Performance FAQ page and am running out of ideas. Here's the list that I've done in the last 8 to 10 months: new main fuel pump, new fuel filter, new FPR, had the injectors rebuilt injectors, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, air filter, cleaned throttle body, cleaned flame trap, (can you tell I'm reaching here?) and ran a couple of tanks of cleaner thru the system thinking maybe deposits were causing it. Does anybody have any more suggestions? It's getting old that I have to sit in my driveway for 10 minutes warning up before it will go anywhere. The only things left possible connect seem to be AMM, IAC and maybe the knock sensor. Anybody have these cause my symptons?
Thanks,
Robb
