The kit from IPD will not work on your S90 which has the B6304 engine and the AW30-40 trans.

Just go to the hardware store and buy 4-5 feet of clear tubing that has an I.D. the same or a hair smaller than the fitting on the trans. cooler fitting. I think it's about 1 inch. Then just slide it over the fitting after you have disconnected it and snug a screw clamp onto it so it doesn't leak.

Also get stiff(rigid) vinyl tubing (from the plumbing dept.) with an O.D. slightly smaller than the I.D. of the dipstick tube, and a small funnel that will fit inside of it.

I also bought a 99 cent gallon pitcher from Wal-Mart and marked 1/4 qt. calibration marks on it. I then pump approx. 2 qts. into the pitcher, I then know exactly how much to put back in down the dipstick tube.

It's not hard, and doesn't take long. Good Luck
