remove broken key from trunk lock...sigh 200

I've owned my '83 242 since almost new, and now a bad habit has caught up to me. I turn the trunk key and lift with the key. Yesterday I snapped the key off in the lock. The trunk is closed and locked with the key jammed in the lock.

I've tried needle nose pliers - no luck. I tried putting the stub of the key in and turning - no luck.

I have a ski pass through, but don't know if that will help, unless I loose about 220 lbs.

Any and all suggestions welcome!
