Help with an electrical problem.........drivers side lights out........ 200 1989

Hi!......in boston this weekend, guarding the coast, and i got a call from the former teenage volvo killer.as best as she could describe the symptoms, she says that all the drivers side lights...tail lights.....parking light...and headlight are out..doesn't sound right to me but i can't get to it 'til monday...don't have my diagrams with me..but has anyone seen anything like this??........any ideas on where to start when i get back and can start troubleshooting...........thanks in advance............j.
