Brrrrr! No Heat, freezing up here in Canada.

Hello fellow Bricksters, I need your help with this hopefully temporary problem.
The blower is working butYikes! No Heat!!! Brrrrr.
It's very cold here in Ottawa. How cold, you ask, well if lick your
lips, your tongue sticks to them.
The old Red Wagon started up right away after sitting for a couple days. Although the guages say that it's running at a good temp, there's only cold air coming from the vents.
The rad is hot, the upper hose is hot and the metal coupling into the engine is hot.
What could be the problem? Stuck thermostat?
It's really, really cold here and I have to use the car tonight.
Brrrrr.
