Seat Belt Replacement Confusion 900 1994

I recently bought a used "third row" seat to install in the back of my '94 945T. It came from a 965.

From Kevin Prowse on the board, I also obtained a set of instructions for installing 900-series seats, which was printed in Nov. of 1996 (publication MA 9172125).

Here's the problem...I received a left-hand seatbelt used with P/N 3548882. (The retractor body label shows P/N 3525095.)

However, the instructions say the left belt (in black) should be P/N 9166240. (The right belt should be 9166241.)

Does anyone know if the seatbelt assembly changed between '94 and '96? Can I use the seatbelt? Mine looks identical to the one in the '96 manual.

Thanks

--Greg R.
