To sell or keep - how much is it worth 700 1989

I have a 1989 740turbo with 156,000 km(+/-93,000 miles). Body and paint are in great shape, new headliner, recent rad and battery and it is generally well maintained. Interior is in excellent shape except for dashboard which is cracked in about 5 places. Air conditioner is broken and will cost about $1,000Cdn to fix. I am happy with the car and it is running well. While I probably spend about $1,500 per year in maintenace, this is less than depreciation and carrying costs that I would experience with a newer, more expensive vehicle. Any comments.

By the way, if I were to sell it in the Toronto area, how much could I expect. I have two insolcited offers to purchase with not mention of amount(one from my mechanic).
