progressive vs stock springs for daily driver wagon? 120-130

I know this topic has been discussed before so help refresh my memory please.
I need new springs for the wagon. It is a daily driver with stock tires, urethane bushings and front IPD sway bar. Trying to find the balance of comfort and control.
Anyone have an opinion on weather progessive stocks are better or worse for a daily driver?

oh, we live in the country so alot of crappy roads and dirt roads are frequently visited.

Thanks in advance.
