Fuel Pressure Gauge for '91 740 Turbo - anyone manage to find or make one? 700 1991

Has anyone found a gauge for in-line testing?

I checked out the FAQ segment on making a gauge, but it isn't clear which model(s) it is intended for. I was told by the dealer that the part # described for the nipple fitting isn't a valid part #, and they could order the hose mentioned, but couldn't tell me anything about it. The prices given by the dealer was more than double that listed in the FAQ, so I did not order it.

Problem: I have managed to devise a gauge with a GM one and adapters, clamps and hoses to tap into the in tank pump, but cannot find any adaptors to fit the screw fitting for the the rubber fuel line (female) where it attaches to the fuel rail(male). I got a good seal to the male end with 1/2 hose and a clamp, but no luck finding any threads to match with the female ended rubber hose.

The size is 1/2 inch.

Does anyone know of a gauge that fits this car or even better, the thread type used?

As a last resort I would hack off the end of a fuel rail and hose at a boneyard but, I am holding out.
