Help! 245 Folding Seat Mechanism Broke 200 1992

Help! I was at Home Depot over the weekend picking up some lumber and when I went to fold down my rear seat, the latch mechanism handle broke! The mechanism seems stuck and the brittle plastic handle broke. Any suggestions for how to fix this thing? I havn't had a chance to look at it yet and the weather has been very cold. I'm thinking that I'll have to get some replacement parts from the junk yard.
