164 zenith carbs 140-160

While searching for brake parts on rusted out 164s i found one with set of Zenith Strombergs complete. Are they same size as 140 with different jets, will they bolt on to 140 cast manifold[modified using b20e exhaust?. I know they are not well liked by most Brickboarders but properly refurbed and tuned would they suit bored and stroked b20e as discussed in length on other forum?.I dont think the people that design these things are dodos, apart from diaphrams perforating they are simple enough. In Australia we had Torana with triples[stock]that won our big race at Bathurst. What i am saying is should i bother or leave them alone and look for SUs or use my own Kjet system. Best to all for year Jack McIntyre.
