voltmeter in 760T dash? 700

I have seen that odd bird and it is very different. What you have is for sure a spill over from something else -but who knows what. I think they redesigned all the 760 gauge clusters from about 84 to 88 to look like the 740's and then from 89 on the 760 got the updated 940 dash. Meanwhile it looks like the 740's kept the old dash style for a while longer maybe even til the end of the series in 91/92. (my 89 740 has the old 2+2 rectangular gauge cluster that allows for the volt gauge which I snagged off a turbo dash and the gauge now lives in my own car)... accuracy is another thing though!!
