The ongoing 145 story 140-160

Hello!

I just took my '72 145E over to Rob the Mechanic's house so his buddy Bruce could put a scope to the FI and see if we can solve the problem withhthe car. I really don't want to put that Weber on it if I don't have to. I hear that if I can get the FI working right that it is a real joy to drive; really nice performance.

I really wantto thank you all out there for your suggestions and support about the FI situation. I have passed all your suggestions to Bruce the Mechanic. Hopefully, several heads are better than one. I can't wait to really get out and DRIVE this puppy!

I need a few little parts for the car. I am wondering if any of you out there have any of the following. I am sure that as time goes by I will need a few other things.

Clips to hold the headlamp in place
A fan clutch
A stock gas cap. I can't begin to tell you how ugly the after market one is on the car!
A side light marker lens.

Thanks, folks!
