Okay, first of all, both B30E and F engines had fuel injection systems with the computer that you see under the seat. The difference between them is that, simply, the E engine put out more power (it had a higher compression, among things), but was a Canadian car, whereas the F engine was what you had in a USA car.
Now, as far as the model year is concerned, assuming that what you call "window side lights" is what folks around here call "butterfly windows"; or, those small triangular windows in front of the main front door glass; then you have a pre-'75 (in '75, it was dropped as the 164 adopted the 240 body from the firewall back). The straight front bumper started in 1973 (to the end in '75); the 1973 was thinner (maybe 3 or 4" from top to bottom), whereas the '74 (and '75) is about twice that.
Taillights, and rear trunk emblems can also be an indication of the model year.
But of course, the easiest and surest determination is to look for the placque that shows the "build date" (check the door jam on the B pillar).
