This won't be fun, but all your problems sound ground related.ie bad grounds.
Check inside each front fender area, grounding spads are there. The bulb burn out may be corrusion on the circuit boards at the tail lights. Just remove each bulb assembly, if its corruded, easy to see. Fuel pump relay may need to be resoldered. Look in the FAQs for a description.
