Throttle Body 900 1997

Hi folks,
I am working to solve an error code P0172 code. I have changed the fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter so far. I purchased an ECT sensor but can't find where it goes to save my life. Somewhere in the middle of all this I have developed a rough idle, cold or hot. Can't pinpoint an obvious vacuum (sp) leak so I want to clean the throttle body next. Does anyone reading this have some advice...do's, dont's or general instructions as to how to R/R and clean it. I have read the FAQ but still don't feel confident about this. Any comments on this or the P0172 problem will be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.
