Help with storage tray removal 200 1983

I need to remove the little tray up by where the turbo/oil temperature/etc gauges usually go if the car wasn't a DL. I need to remove it to get at my wiper mechanism. I got the two screws out on the left, but can't seem to figure out what's holding it in on the right. The cover around the vents underneath it popped off, but still no help. Haynes is being NO help to me, and my flashlights batteries are running out! Help!
