Rear tail lamp out, bulb fine 200 1992

just today my tail lamp on the passengers side went out. The bulb is fine and it has done this before, but I usually just hit the dash and everything starts to work again. The weird thing is this, when my tail lamp goes out, the warning light comes on but the instrument panel lights and the little light on the back of the center console go out as well. any ideas? blown fuse? crossed wires? help please!
