after changing the cat, no pass...changing boch sensor....clean out carbon, no pass, clean injectors, check for bad timing (not at Volvo dealer),checked for leaks (not Volvo dealer)no pass...took to Volvo dealership passed after replacing the intake air therm. readjusted timing and tightened air leak around man. woah what an ordeal!!!!!!... thanks to all for advice... some suggested above...but non Volvo inspection garage blew diag.and adjustments..
