960 crank gone out? 900

If you did not mess with intake manifold then I doubt that the ground wire is the problem. The crank sensor would cause a no start. Check and see if you have spark, and then if there is fuel pressure. If you have either then it most likely will be something else. How cold was it when you made the very first start up attempt after getting everything back together? Could you be experiencing the "lawn mower syndrome"? If you are sure it was running rich before the belt change, then maybe there is quite a build up of carbon on the combustion chambers, this could exaggerate a flood condition. With the carbon soaking up fuel. Are there any codes?
