Front Engine Seals 200

I've heard of cams being broken too. I don't remember what the circumstances were though. I got the tip about removing the front cam cap from Don Foster, I think, right here on the Brickboard. He said if you remove the front cam cap, the seal is really easy to pull out. I've only done it the way I described three times, once each on our family's three 240's. It has worked great so far. No broken cams and each time the seal was really easy to remove and install. Others may have more feedback for you on this. Good luck.
