Determining Which Wire Harness 200 1983

I have a 1983 GL. I have found a wiring harness locally, I think. But looking at the Dave Barton site (where this harness apparently came from), there are two possible ignition wiring harness; one with a round and one with a rectangular connector. What does that connector connect to? How do I know which one I need before taking my old one off? My local source says that because I have an ECU on my passenger side it will definitely be the same as the one he has-that it is the Chrysler ignition. But the distributor cap I took off and replaced was the red-orange color (but I put on a greyish Borg Warner cap that fits and works).

Related question: is replacing an ignition wiring harness something I can and should do myself? Or hire it done for an hour of shop time?
