92 960 wagon TC-Lock switch..Pros & Cons....comments..... 900 1992

I have been pondering the idea of installing the much talked about dashboard "switch" to control the TC-Lockup solenoid. Most of our driving is around town and our wagon, shifting beautifully when cold, gets irratic after the tranny is hot. Sort of a 1st, 2nd, 3rd-TC-Lock(all at the same time), TC-Unlock, TC-lock pattern. I would like some comments on why(or why not) you did(or did not do) this and if you did, maybe provide some instructions or tips. I probably will hear "flush and fill your tranny with mobil-1 synthetic, and your irratic shift will stop". I intend on doing that but with all the city driving we do, i wonder if the switch would extend the life of the TC a bit longer. Thanks Guys!!!
