I won't be suprised if I passed on through your neighborhood the last time I was up there (last year's iPd garage sale)! My friend has since moved up off NE Dekum, though.

Back to the hole ... I'd consider the epoxy putty method too. The good stuff will dry as hard as steel (if not harder). Just touch it up afterwards. Even if the color is a little off, it's not like it's so large of an area that it's easily noticable.
