Killing power to fuel pumps solves hot start.....please help, IM STUCK !!!

I said it could run as LITTLE as 15 seconds and it gets hot enough to bring on the hot start condition, not that it only runs 15 seconds.....It runs like a dream. The problem is HOT STARTING....

If I leave the #1 fuse in it takes 30 seconds to start and runs like crud(Too much fuel probably)

yes I have spark when it doesnt start....
