Knocking or hard ticking sound 900

92 960. I am having a light knock or heavy tick coming from either the pwr strg pump or the alt. When i first crank the car it sounds more like a piece of tin quickly vibrating against somthing. As the idle drops the sound gets a bit more defined. I have it isolated to a belt driven item. I can press in on the tensioner as its running and the noise subsides, a little, but enough to notice. I took off the belt and turned the alternator by hand and can feel a slight bump as it rotates. As for the PS pump I can't get the same feeling when I turn it by hand. I am not discounting any of the pulleys or the tensioner pulley(replaced tensioner in Oct) Any ideas from you 960 guru's?
