Allsnake.OOPS Allstate refused to repair my car!!! I am PO!!!! NEED ADVICE ON NEXT STEP 700 1992

Good morning to all. Sorry for the long post but i am at a lost here.
Well after waiting almost 8 weeks for Allstate to repair my car, today i got a call from the claims adjuster and she said that they are going to repair my Volvo. Here is the story. back on Turkey Day i had a granny run the red light and hit my car. (I posted this in detail a while back here and on the Opinions forums ) Anyways i called the claims adjuster at Allstate just about everyday to see if they had received the police report. So as of a few days ago i decided to fax them my copy of the report. Now my car is insured by Geico so i did what the little card says and reported the accident to them. A few days later my insurance claims lady called me back and said that there is dispute on what happened.My claims lady said that the other lady said that i had ran the red light,hit her suv in the rear and pushed her up onto the curb. I just could not believe what i was just told so i told my claims adjuster to check and make sure that was said and sure 'nuff that what the lady told Allstate.Now i just found out today that this lady did not want to give a recorded statement to my insurance. Geico had to get the information from Allstate. Soooo i let my claims adjuster know that i had took some digi pictures at the scene because i had my camera with me. I figured that this would help to get thing pushed on a little quicker and for my records as well. I emailed the pictures to Geico and a few days later my claims adjuster called me back and said that they are sending the lady a refusal letter. The reason beingis that they are not liable for repairs to her vehicle because I was not at fault. The pictures clearly show the damage to my car being only on the driverside front quarter panel and damage to her frontpassenger side grill and bumper. In the police report the officer stated that her car hit my car. I got an estimate from Allstate for about 2000 in repairs. What is my next plan of actions? Small Claims Court? Which could be dragged on for 3-12 months. Thanks everybody for the response and advice
