dellorto 40 sidedrafts... what do you guys think? 140-160

Hello.
I went to a local garage during the weekend and found a pair of 40 mm dellorto's he would sell to be for cheap. (Uhh...3000baht/pair = ~75us?) It came of a modded up 1.8L. toyota engine which blew itself. What do you guys think? How do these adjust? Do the jets from webers fit on to it? (I can only find weber parts.) And I'll be adjusting them myself, (hard to find someone who knows how to do it here in Thailand) I have access to a dyno and exhaust gas analyzer.
Should I go for them?
