FOG LIGHT WIRING 200

I have an '86 240 which I recently installed under the bumper Bosch fog lights with a factory fog light switch wired into a 25 amp in-line fuse. I'm running 55 watt clear bulbs. I want to increase the wattage to 100 watt and go with an amber bulb and use them only during foggy driving conditions. My question is, am I OK using 100 watt bulbs with my current set up or do I need to install a relay and if so where in the wiring do I place it. Also, PIAA sells an amber bulb for about $25 each that say "55w=85w". Does that mean it uses 55 watts and puts out 85watts of light and where can I find 100 watt amber bulbs. I've seen them somewhere before.

Thanks.
