I have a chance to buy an 80 242 with 170k for a few 100 dollars.The 3 speed automatic transmission is shot. the local junk yard has an 85 240 with 140 k. they want $125 for the 4 speed O.D.and all I need to convert .Will it bolt in? Do I need the fly wheel? Any one done this swap?.....Kris
