Yes, it'll bolt in, BUT:
You'll have to drill a couple of holes for the cross member mount, you need the driveshaft, cooler lines, possibly the exhaust down pipe from the donor car, and you'll have to modify/change the shifter, and hook up the overdrive.
The flywheel is the same, though.
