looking to halt rust 200 1984

I've seen poeple use vasolene on rust it will turn the rust black and slow it down. The best is to cut the bad spots out and either tac weld in or pop rivet new even sheet metal screws work. Rust is like Cancer once you have it its hard to get rid of. Good luck on your quest!
