90 740GLE- rough idle with error codes indicating fuel too rich or lean 700

My mechanic is stumped. Replaced Throttle Position Switch, checked EGR, fuel press reg, air mass meter, and others. Error codes are 2.3.2(fuel trim), 1.1.3(fuel trim), 2.1.3(TPS problem), 3.1.2(missing signal from knock sensor). Does this sound like crudded up injectors? (bottle of Techron did not change things) or TPS ground short? Fuel milage down to 10 mpg. Runs fine at higher rpm.
