Volvo 164 E-bay wierdness 140-160

Playing around on Ebay, I found a 164 for sale in CA, which needs
a title applied for. The opening bid is $100, and no one has
bid on it for some strange reason. Do y'all see anything wrong
with the auction that maybe I'm not seeing? (Except that the
car's in CA, and I'm in NJ :) I mean, the car's probably worth
$100 as a parts car, if nothing else.
