wagon rear bumper mounts 120-130

I got a chance to look closer at the remains of the wagon bumper mounts, and the other one is pretty rusted out as well, partially bonded to the actual bumper bracket. So a quick weld fix is out of the question. I searched around and it looks like no new ones are available from all the local or european sources. Has anyone fabricated one of these beasts? It is possible, but not a simple cut as the bumper bracket slides into the actual mount.
Thanks,
-Erik
