Leather Interior from 960 into 740 700

All,

I'm after yr advice please. I have been offered (very cheaply) a perfect black leather interior from a 960. I am very tempted to install it into my 740 Turbo (currently has the half leather seats) and wondered if it is a straight swap? ie are all fixings etc the same? Also, do the the door inserts and the centre (front) arm rest go straight over?

Your help is much appreciated. (Both are sedan models my 740 being a 1988).
