Performance enhancements 120-130

Hi,

My '67 has a B18A with a standard single Stromberg. The engine is in good condition but does little other than make noise at about 4000 r.p.m. plus... I've been offered twin Weber 45 DCOEs and am wondering if it'd be worth fitting them. Alternatively I could try and find a higher compression head and I've plans to change the camshaft this summer and maybe upgrade to a 2" exhaust. I don't really want to have to rev the engine too much to get power but I would like more power (and I'd like to keep the original engine and not have the hassle of boring it out). Are the Webers worth going for or would I be better going for the other options first?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Aidan
