Strange issue between SRS warning lamp and headlights. 900

over the summer i replaced the entire instrument cluster and after a while the SRS lamp would stay on after start-up about 30 seconds.i' ve noticed twice in 2 weeks while driving down a long drive-way (at night) the light stays on at at the moment i pull out the SRS light goes out but at the same instant the headlights become slightly more brilliant.the 1'st time i wasn't sure(maybe my eyes playing tricks)but when it did it tonight i knew for sure.it does seem when the warning light stays on awhile it always goes off when accellerating.charging voltage is 14.2 ,but i'll start to monitor it more frequently for a while at start up.i replaced the cluster because the low coolant and the one next to it were shorted together and not working.the main reason for replacement was the low coolant warning light.
