Bloody (or is that bleeding?) Brakes!! 200

Nearly finished brake bleeding procedure but stuck with the last two. Front caliper 'lower' cylinder has two nipples > on both calipers the outer nipple bleeds fine, but the inner one just pumps air back and forth and no fluid appears. 'Upper' cylinder is fine too so I'm 2/3 of the way there.

No apparent leaks, junction box fine, M/Cylinder reservoir topped up. I've read about M/Cyl failure but don't suspect this as the good bleed on the outer nipples are on the same feed lines as the bad bleed.

And my partner's got really bored of pumping the pedal too...

Any ideas?
