Rhythmic humming -- where from ? 200

Hello Bricksters,

Since yesterday my car has started humming rhythmically when idling.
The humming goes up and down, when down it feels as if the car is about to stall, but it doesn't, it just picks up again and goes into higher RPM it feels.

I have cleaned my Throttle Body about 1000 miles ago. My Flame Trap (nipple and all) about 2000 miles ago.

This morning I decided to clean the control idle motor with carb cleaner. I removed only one hose from it and sparyed in and wiped it clean with one finger.

Did not fix the problem. Still humming rhythmically...

Yesterday I incidentally put a full tank of 89 octane grade -- I usually put super. Don't think this is the cause of the humming though.

Could that be a timing issue?
One injector not working properly?

ANy leads appreciated.

Thanks.
