HELP.!!.. i shorted wire,car wont start.!.1995/960 900

while testing for voltages at the ign switch,i shorted a wire,small spark,
now car wont start,,,no spark at plugs..alarm horn makes sounds when i put the key in the run and start position...tried locking and unlocking doors with key and remote but doesnt stop alarm..the little light on the dash to tell when alarm is armed doesnt lite up at all,locked or unlocked...anyone know how to disable alarm or anything to check..???
all fuses are good,inside and under hood unless i missed some..1 fuse box on side of dash,two boxes under hood..
car was xmass present for girlfriend....prob ex girlfriend now..
